My SmartMedia memory card reader does not AutoPlay when i first plug in a memory card. if i remove the memory card, then re-insert it, AutoPlay works fine. I assumed it was the card reader, so i purchased a NEW one. It does the exact same thing. I've flashed my BIOS to A02 and fully removed and re-installed the card-reader drivers and registry Mobile Smart Card reader with contactless-only interface. In every windows 10 system that i tested i manually started the service "Smart Card" before testing my program and checked that it still running while testing. In both windows 7 and windows 10 systems i don't have a smart card reader connected. The winscard.lib file i use come with Microsoft Windows SDK version 10.0.17763.0
